Can't See my External Hard Drive

I have had my Hard Drive for over 3 years, it's a 1TB "WD My Passport". Since a few days ago I have connected it and my computer made the "You just connected something" sound but it didn't show the disk. I have tried changing the cable and conect it on others computers and it does the same thing. All the computers where I had conected it have Windows 10
I tried using the My Computer - Managment window process but it didn't work
Pleasee! Can someone help me with this?

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the WD My Passport external drive! You have done a great job with the troubleshooting so far, though. I'd recommend you to check how the external HDD appears in Disk Management in Windows. Posting a screenshot from there would be really helpful. (e.g. via Imgur) Since the system does recognize it as an externally connected device, then it should be visible in Disk Management as well. I'd also suggest you check what are options you have when you right-click on the WD My Passport volume there.
If by any chance, you gain access to the contents on the external while troubleshooting, make sure you back them up somewhere else immediately to avoid any potential data loss!

Well... I tried to connect my Passport again and when I used the Disk Manager it said "the device works correctly" but I still can not see it. I read in other forum that I could "Uninstall" the disk (the driver I assume) so it can reinstall next time I connected the disk, but didn't work.

I believe the HDD should be listed in your Disk Management now. However, the screenshot is from Device Manager, not Disk Management. In order to get there, go to the tab 'Administracion de discos'. You should be able to see the WD My Passport listed there as possibly the last volume. Please share another screenshot from there, so that I can take a closer look at how the external drive is recognized by your system.

Do you have any important data stored there that is not backed up to another location?
