CAnt see secondary Harddrive in My Computers

I just formatted my old system with winME and in Device Manager i have 2 harddrives as GENERIC IDE DISK TYPE 47.

I have two harddrives IBM Deskstar 30gig 7200rpm and a Western Digital 40gig 5400 rpm as slave. And i cant see the second harddrive in My Computer.

How can i fix this?

Is the second harddisk formatted and partitioned?

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground 😱 .

If you've got TweakUI installed, make sure that you've enabled that drive to show up in My Computer.
