Can't see third Hard Drive

I have a Western Digital 750 SATA installed as a third hard drive, Windows 7 see it in Device Manager, but in Computer Management it's not seeing it. I have try to change to a different SATA connection on Motherboard with no success. Do you have any suggestion, Thank YOU for any help!

have you partitioned and formated the drive in disk management?
If windows sees it in device manager than that is what you need to do.

I reinstall windows 7, so it was seeing it before I reinstall windows 7, and yes there is information on that hard drive. when I try to populate the drive it give a ( volume information for this disk can not be found. Also I can uninstall drive in Device Manager and do an auto scan, it install it back in DM.)
