cant see tv symbol on devices no sound from tv with hdmi

have an issue when I attach hdmi i get no sound I cant see the tv on sounds and hardware only my realtech for laptop helppppp

sounds like you need to enable the HD audio thats part of the GPU as the default playback device and not the soundcard.
