I've been Stuck on this for a while now. I know the flash drive I'm using is able to boot an OS since I've gotten w10 started installing before it restarted during install which led to where I am now.

Motherboard M4A89TD PRO USB3
Processor AMD FX 8370 8core
Graphics card nividia 770 gtx

Boot menu consists off
Boot prio
HD drives - just lists my drives (recognizes both my HDD and flash drive)
Boot setting config - quick boot, and nothing else that I've seen mentioned that would help
Security - nothing in here

I have no UEFI legacy option or anything like that. And no secure mode either.

Ok,. i looked specificly for the mainboard you mentioned and it shows this bios.
can you put some photos online of what your bios looks like?

and the clue isnt windows 7, the clue is in the whole secureboot/legacy aspect from that post
