[SOLVED] Cant seem to get Pc to post

This isnt my first time building a Pc as ive built about 3 or 4 before this but i cant seem to get this one to Post. It wont even boot to the bios screen and i cant figure out if its a silly mistake that i have made on my end or if it might be a problem with the Motherboard itself. I have tried the usual check list of issues. ive checked all the plugs, changed around the ram, unplugged everything extra that wasnt needed and still cant seem to get it to post. i have posted the parts below as well as a picture of it put together in case i missed something silly.

Cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Ram: Patriot Viper Steel 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Power supply: EVGA BR 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
