Motherboard - P55-UD3L motherboard (updated to 2.3)
RAM - Corsair CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400Mhz

Unfortunately I can't seem to get the motherboard to use the XMP profile. After I use XMP and save and exit, it reboots and then says I am overclocking and it's unstable and won't boot to Windows.

Is it the motherboard that's the problem as it states it only accepts 2200Mhz?
Also, I have tried raising the base clock to increase the MHz over 1600 but it still says I'm overclocking and won't let me boot.

I am currently only to get it to run at 1600.

Any suggestions? :)
