cant set memory freq on my gigabyte AB350 gaming 3 motherboard

So I just built a gaming PC
Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte-AB350 Gaming 3 Motherboard
G.Skill F4-3000C15S-8GVRB(2 of these)(yes, i used to recommended DIMM slots)
GTX 1060 6GB

anyway, in the bios of the motherboard, i have changed the memory frequency multiplier to 30 so that it goes to 3000MHz, but I cant change the one beside it.( like there are 2 values right next to each other)
Also after saving and booting up, the RAM runs at default 2133MHz no matter what.
What am i doing wrong?

Instead of setting the RAM speed manually, choose an XMP profile in the BIOS.
