Question Can't set Windows 10 resolution higher than 1280x1024

In one of my restarts, suddenly Windows come up in low resolution, and I can't set the resolution higher than 1280x1024, even with the display driver installed:

Why this is happening?

Update: Removed the Microsoft driver, disconnected the internet, and restalled the latest Nvidia driver offline, and restarting the computer: Problem still persists, and the resolution is fixed on 1024x768 without able to change it, and the Microsoft driver on the Device Manager, still showing a yellow triangle.
What is the problem?
