Question Cant setup dual monitors

I have been having a problem where whenever I try and attach the second monitor is stops my main monitor from being viewed (stops displaying windows) and the other monitor has no reaction from boot up.

I assure that they are both connected to the pc and they are on and working.

List the entirety of your specs, including make/model of the monitors and how you're connecting them to the computer (i.e. what cables you're using and physically what ports you're using on your computer).
