[SOLVED] Can't shut down Windows 10.

For some reason I can't shutdown Windows 10. I try to shut down Windows 10, the screen goes black and then the desktop comes up again. I can't shut down Windows 10. I'm forced to press the power button to turn off the computer. Any solutions?

shutdown
