Question Can't sign in to windows 10

When I restarted my laptop to troubleshoot.
Then it says "something happened and your pin isn't available" .
And I only have PIN and finger print unlock and both doesn't work...
I tried advance troubleshoot>repair pc but after some time it says "windows can't repair your pc "
What to do?

If this is a retail version of Windows 10, it would good to give Microsoft support an email to see what they can do to help out
