Okay so basically i go in to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program then i click "Get Started" then click switch accounts and click on my account after that it opens up a link
after that i don't know what to do.

Normally after i click on my account it should come up with with a prompt like “What kind of content that you would like to receive” but i don't get it.

I am on Windows 10 Pro and i don't want to reset my laptop because i just got Windows 10 installed and i have school files on here (Like i said in the last 3 posts)

This how it should work

Please help ever since i upgraded to Windows 10 i have been getting so much problems and errors it's really interfering with school work :/

Have you reported this bug to Microsoft?

Do you have a backup of these school files? If not, why not?
Being an Insider is being a permanent beta tester. Your PC could become unstable, crash, or require a full wipe and reinstall at any time.

I have a backup my school files.
And i also understand the consequences of being an insider, i think i'm just going to reset my laptop. Takes to long to fix each problem.
