"Can't sign in to your account" every time I turn on pc

Every time I turn my pc on I am greeted with a different lock screen wallpaper and when I log in I get the error "can't sign in to your account" and windows creates a temporary profile.
I have to log out and then my actual account gets loaded with my lock screen and i can log in to my actual account.
What can I do to stop this?
I've searched but all i can find is solutions for when you get locked out and can't log in. I can do it, I just get the error and have to log out and in again and it's very annoying.

Can you please try Creating a New Administrator Account and see if you can log on to the new account without any trouble?
