[SOLVED] Cant sign into microsoft account

I recently upgraded my PC and switched MOBO and CPU to activate windows again it come up with a screen saying Microsoft Account is the TAB and Oops - Something went wrong This service isnt available at the moment, please try again later.
Is there a FIX

clean install is normally best answer if you swap CPU & MB.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB (if you don't have one)

I would clean install. Since your user is a Microsoft Account, we can hope the licence for install is linked to it.
