Can't start new build into BIOS: wrong RAM?

Hi! I recently built a new gaming computer, but when I turned it on, the case fans, CPU fan, and GPU fan all started to spin, but I got no video output.
I have an Asrock H110M HDS and I have Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s as my RAM. I read that although the clock speed on the RAM is higher than the motherboard, I could scale it down (?) and it would work fine. But I'm not sure if it may be the reason I'm not able to get to the BIOS, and I don't have extra RAM, this is my first desktop build.

Here is the full build specs:
i3-6000
ASRock Motherboard Micro ATX DDR4 LGA 1151 H110M-HDS
EVGA 400 N1, 400W, 2 Year Warranty, Power Supply 100-N1-0400-L1
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin - BLS8G4D240FSB (Gray)
WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch Desktop Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)
MSI Computer Video Card (GTX 1050 TI 4G OC)
VIVO "SMART" Micro-ATX Tower Computer Gaming PC Case Black / 5 Fan Mounts, USB 3.0 Port (CASE-V06)

Solution
GPU cable plugged into the 1050ti & not the onboard video output??

If so try removing the 1050ti completely & plug the video cable to the motherboard instead to try the 6100s integrated graphics.

I did exactly that and it worked! Thankyou so much, I thought I had broken one of my parts but that was all that was wrong!

Sorry about the double post but, how would I install the GPU now? Would I just plug it in? Would it make me have no video signal again?
How would I be able to get the drivers downloaded without the GPU installed?

You shouldn't need drivers installed to get a display with the 1050ti .it will install as a generic VGA adapter till drivers are installed

It should just work , if you have the 1050ti plugged im you need to make sure you use the cards video outputs & not the board one you're currently using.

Would the HDMI work on the card as well? I don't have a VGA cable at the moment 🙁

Matey , get yourself windows installed & up & running as you have the system working now.

Post back here once this is done & I'll walk you through disabling the motherboard graphics & setting the 1050ti as primary in bios & windows.

I've just built a system yesterday with a very very similar scenario.

On most boards plugging in a GPU will disable the onboard automatically , on yours (& the one I've just built) this isn't happening.

I have Windows installed and I plugged in my GPU. I have the HDMI cable in the GPU to the TV and it works! I got the drivers installed and now everything is working great!
Thank you for all your help!

I actually tried the HDMI on the GPU and got no results, and even today, at first, when I booted the PC up with the hdmi in the GPU I got no signal, a couple restarts and then the image came on screen, so it was odd, but at least it all works now!
