I disagree, considering that you can do the exact same things using powershell without installing crap.

springs to mind, shit, I'll make a thrad with nifty powershell scripts that'll get people away from CCleaner, regcleaner and driversweeper and crap people can't stop using.
no i ran Disk Cleanup (windows program) and ran it. and this was the result. nothing will open. no pictures, no word documents, no programs. the only things that open are the programs that are on my Gaming SSD
That sounds extraordinarily weird and like something that shouldn't and cannot happen :S . And you say all the files remain intact on the drive except that you can't open them? Is it an old drive? I gather mechanical.
Can you paste the path to a program (all the way from root) that won't open but still exists? Maybe something got screwde up in the registry, though I doubt it, but hey, it's worth a shot. Also, what are the sizes of the pics/programs that won't open?
