cant start windows without disabling driver reinforcement

For a while i had to disable driver reinforcement to get my computer to start, but i want to get it working without it. is there a way to fix it? and i do NOT want to reinstall windows

find out what device the driver is linked to then either reinstall it or looked for an updated driver. also was this a driver you installed manually?

the problem is that they are all windows system files and i dont know how to fix it without reinstalling windows
