Can't stop Windows 10 from automatically installing Intel HD Graphics 4600?

I'm trying to update my Intel HD Graphics 4600 driver from version 10.18.15.4252 to version 15.33.38.64.4252 on Windows 10. But for SOME REASON every time I restart my computer Windows 10 pops up with the "installing device" window and installs driver version 10.18.15.4256. I've already hidden the 4600 driver from Windows update using "Show or Hide Updates" tool. And I've already tried uninstalling the driver through device manager checking the "Delete device software" check box. Also set "Device installation settings" to "No." But still after installing the newest driver (15.33.38.64.4252) Windows 10 comes in a reverts it to version 10.18.15.4256. Why on earth is it STILL doing this?

I even went as far as to use the Intel Driver update utility. It even confirms this. "Installed version" is 10.18.15.4256 (the version Windows 10 won't stop installing) and "Latest version" is 15.33.38.64.4252. If I click the download button and let it install the driver then restart my PC, Windows 10 butts in and once again and installs version 10.18.15.4256.

You can't stop windows from automatically updating anything, tho on Pro version you can delay them (for now at least). On like day 2 after Win 10 released, Win 10 installed GFX drivers which broke SLI .... you could install the driver on the nvidia site and it would fix it, but Win 10 immediately replaced it with the driver they like ... ad infinitem. This is why, despite being free only 1 in 9 eligible users have upgraded.

Well. If anyone needs me I'll be installing Windows 8.1.
