Can't stream only on certain websites?

Hello,

I'm fairly new with computers, and I have been experiencing this strange problem for about a month. Whenever I stream movies on websites such as 123Movies, Joovideo, and those other streaming websites the movies/episodes don't load, or they buffer to an extreme extent. However, whenever I go on Netflix or YouTube everything works fine. I don't think it's the websites that are acting up because I would always hang with friends and go to their houses and watch movies on those platforms with no problem. I have also tried streaming on different electronics such as my chromebook, Xbox, and my phone at my house but it never seems to work.

Although, I have noticed that on some days the movies and episodes do stream well. However, it's very inconsistent.

I have tried resetting my router mutliple times but that doesn't seem to be the solution. Does anyone know I can fix this problem?
