Can't succeed in sleeving.

I am trying to sleeve my psu (individually). But I can't get my cables out the connectors. I have the appropiate tools and have watched a lot of tutorials but I can't seem to succeed. Am I doing something obviously wrong? Here is what I do: I put in the atx tool. Then I press it after that I try to pull the cable but it just won't move..
