Can't support normal graphics game

Hi. My laptop has a Intel i5 7200U. And I have a nvidia geforce 940mx and a 4gb ram but it still cant support normal graphics game like counter strike global offensive. What is the cause and Wat is the solution??

Which model laptop do you have? What do you mean "it can't support"? The game won't start or the framerate is very low or something else?

It is hp pavilion 15. It lags when playing. It wont run smoothly

Please try lowering the resolution to 1280x720 and all settings to low. If it helps, keep increasing the settings till the game is still smooth.
