Cant tell if bad RAM or bad motherboard

Hi all, I have been getting random bsods and crashes when gaming recently.

My motherboard only has 2 DIMM slots and I proceeded to run a memtest. The results are as follows

Ram A : Slot 1 & slot 2 both pass


Ram B : Slot 1: Fails but slot 2 passes


Ram A & B together : fail

I can't permutate the test any further due to the lack of DIMM slots on my motherboard. Can anyone advise me on how to determine whether the motherboard or ram is the problem?

Add 0.02 volts to the memory and try both sticks at the same time.
