Can't tell if I have bad RAM...

Here is my new build. Yesterday seemed to go relatively normally, this morning I had an instance of playing League of Legends where my entire machine froze solid, had to hard reset. No response from keyboard, ctrl+alt+del, nothing. I've also noticed a stutter when trying any simple multitasking: one browser window with Rocket League open, Alt+Tab between them can cause freezing.

I downloaded Afterburner and the only thing that seems strange is the memory. As you can see below, I have DDR4-3000. It shipped at 2133 speed, so I increased to 2933 in the BIOS. However Afterburner is detecting the clock speed going up to 4007 when gaming. Wondering if that could be the issue, where the memory is just going overboard.

I reduced the speed back to 2133 and downloaded MemTest 6.1 from MajorGeeks and ran 4 instances. I saw on my motherboard that I had 8190 MB RAM, so I ran three instances at 2,000 and one at 2,190. That last one kept giving errors "Memory Location xxx cannot store data correctly." I immediately thought I had the smoking gun. One of my RAM sticks is bad so I started the RMA process and have new RAM already being shipped. However now I'm wondering if I triggered that error, maybe I should have only been running four instances of 2,000 MB instead of one at 2,190, and putting it over the 8 GB triggered the error.

I then downloaded MemTest86 after reading that it's perhaps a better evaluation candidate. I'm not guaranteeing that I ran everything correctly, but I just let it do its thing. It found no errors.

I'm not sure what to do here. How do I know if my issue is the memory sticks, the attempt to increase the speed (which may or may not still be a memory stick issue), or something entirely unrelated to my RAM?

For what its worth, I played another couple games of League (closing all other programs) and had no issues. Still I don't think it's nothing.

GPU around 56-65 depending on the game, CPU 44-54.

Afterburner doesn't track memory temperatures... not sure how I can see that. UFEI?

It just happened again. Loaded up XCOM 2 at full settings, played about a half hour. When loading from the mission to the game screen, everything froze. I was able to Log Out of windows and log back in, no hard reset, but couldn't switch to a new window it was just the frozen game.

Here is what Afterburner looked like when it happened, you will see the big dips on the charts near the end. It was about a minute before the log stopped: https://imgur.com/a/Nd6CnIS
