Can't Tighten CPU Fan!

Whenever I tighten the screws on the brackets on the FM2 stock CPU fan, it doesn't boot my PC up. It gives out power to the PC and everything lights up except the mouse and keyboard. The monitors also won't go off. Please help!

Have someone look over the setup, it's pretty much guaranteed you have the thing crooked or the CPU is not in properly in the socket.
