Hi there!
I am using a Sharkoon Quickport DUO Docking station, in which you can mount barebone hard drives.
The problem is, that when I try to transfer files from an external hard drive to - for example - my internal hard drives, I get the following error after a few seconds, and the transfer stops:
No matter what I try to transfer, after a few seconds I get this error and the external hard drive just disconnects. It also happen when I start a film that's on the external hard drive. After a few seconds / minutes it just stops playing and I get a notifcation that the it can't find the media anymore.
I work as a filmmaker, and I need to backup hundreds of gigabytes every week to external hard drives. It is very frustrating that I cannot move any files right now.
Does someone have the solution? USB hard drives work fine, it is just that I have troubles using the Sharkoon Quickport DUO docking station. Though I wouldn't really conclude that the docking station is broken, since it sees my hard drives just fine.
Help would be much appreciated!
