Open Start Menu
Click on Settings
Click on Network and Internet to open related settings
In the left pane, you can see Airplane Mode as second option
Click on Airplane Mode in left pane and then move the switch, in right pane, to right so that it shows OFF under Airplane

do you have any usb hard drives or thumb drives or ups attached to your pc? If so unplug them, then try unchecking airplane mode

Try searching for your device manager in start menu. Go to network adapter section and expand it. Right click on your wireless adapter and go to properties, click the power management tab and un check allow computer to turn off this device to save power.press ok then try sliding airplane mode off. unplug your ethernet cable too. before turning airplane mode off

no problem. Is your bluethooth built into the motherboard or is it a thumbstick?

Thumbstick. But he works fine on other computers so I don't think that that's the problem
