Question C'ant turn off pc with power button , no post , no display

So I decided to upgrade my old pc from an I3 to a ryzen 5 2600X, I bought a new motherboard for the cpu and new ram . After assembling it , I pushed the power button and the fans started spinning but I got no display and no post . After that I couldn't switch off my Pc with the power button . I need help !
Pc specs : Ryzen 5 2600X
GTX 1050
8GB 3200 MHZ ram
ASUS PRIME a320m-k
240 W PSU ( no brand)

That PSU needs to go and be replaced.

Hey so I replaced my psu with an EVGA 600W power supply but it's still doesn't work and none of the symptoms have changed . Help!

after you replace the psu. plug in the pce power to the gpu?

Yes I replaced the psu, pluged in my gtx 1050 and pluged my HDMI cable from the gpu to my monitor. I know that the ryze doesn't have integrated graphics .
