Question Can't turn off SPLASH screen.

Hello All, I want to disable the splash screen in Windows 10. I have tried everything, netplwiz, Checking the No GUI in msconfig, even looking in RegEdit . No Matter what I do it's still there. Can someone please tell me how to do this. THANKS!

Can you please elaborate which splash screen are you trying to disable? Is there any third-party app that pops it up or it is of any Windows 10 built-in program?
