Solution
i have really important data there

Connect the SSD to some other system.
Find and copy your 'important data' off to another drive.

Now that your 'important data' is in 2 discreet places...

Do a clean reinstall on the HDD, just to verify the system still works.

Later, do a full wipe and reinstall on the SSD.
Later, recover your 'important data' from where you copied it to.

What would I do to come back from a failed clone?
Resurrect from the full drive backup I created before I started down the clone path.

partition recovery will work you think?
No.

How, specifically, did you clone this?
Step by step, please.

And you NEVER wipe the old drive until you verify the new drive works on its own.
Ok

  1. I installed the ssd
  2. Cloned With Macrium Reflect
  3. Turned On The PC With The SSD
  4. Tried To Format The Hard Drive But Didn't work
  5. I Formated With diskpart
  6. I tried a few videos and a few things on youtube

#2.....
It seems you missed the boot partition for this clone.
Second, the very first thing you need to do at the end of the clone is power OFF, and see if the system boots from the new drive by itself.

Since you've already wiped the original drive, you may not have a way to recover this.
