Can't Turn On & Off CM Storm Devastator LEDs

I bought the Cooler Master bundle to go with my Ubuntu gaming rig. Only thing is, the key that has been assigned to turn on the keyboard LEDs won't work.
The Mouse LED's work fine but they won't turn off when I turn off the PC. I have to unplug the mouse to turn them off.
I know that this is a driver issue because, when I plugged this into a PC with Windows 7, it started downloading the drivers and when it finished, the keyboard LEDs work fine.
Help?

Locate the computer's drivers for the keyboard/mouse and reinstall them.

Are you using the shortcut key? eg LED back light (Press "SCR LK" to turn backlight on).

If the software re-install doesn't work then contact Coolermaster with a view to RMAing the KB. Masybe they'l have a few more ideas eg software bugs/patches.

I know there are drivers for the keyboard; the only downloads on the website is for the product sheet.

Contact Coolermaster. See if they can help. If there are drivers then they should be on the keyboard webpage - which they aren't.
