Can't type letters of BitLocker recovery key???

Hello,
Need to enter my BitLocker recovery key. Typing the numbers worked but not the letters.
Do you know hoe to enter the full key numbers and letters.

Using your keyboard? That's the typical method of input.

If you're using a laptop computer, your numlock key may be on, which would convert some of your letter keys to number keys. Try pressing the numlock key on your keyboard and see if the other letters work properly.
