Question Cant undervolt 13900k on z790 extreme

Hi,

When i play with voltages and reboot, there are no changes at all. I run cinebench and cpu does same score/temps.
I tweak "Global SVID voltage" and "Cache SVID voltage" to -0.1 and while the changes are accepted in bios, in reality there is no change.
What might be the cause for that? Im on latest bios.

Use the "Actual VRM Core Voltage" if you want a manual voltage

Is that the same? I am clueless of these things, a friend suggested me the way that I mentioned cause cpu was hitting 100c. Do I also type in there eg. -0.1?

edit: it doesnt do nothing either
