Question Cant undervolt Msi Gf63 8Rc

The problem: CPU(i5 8300h rated for up to 45w) cannot be undervolted or use more than 25w when the Nvidia GPU is running(Neither the CPU or the GPU are overheating).
The Question: Is there any way to make the CPU boost to 45w while The GPU is running ?

At first when I got this laptop several years ago I was able to undervolt this laptop and didn't have this problem. But After an update from windows a year ago I couldn't undervolt my CPU and it cant use more than 25w,(it is rated for up to 45w). This only happens when the Nvidia GPU runs. If its not used the CPU can be undervolted and will use more than 25w and go to 45w without a problem. The problem is likely caused from the embedded controller of the laptop. Is there any way to make the CPU boost to 45w while The GPU is running ?

What are you using to undervolt? It could be the bios is locked.

Have you tried Throttlestop?

I am using ThrottleStop. I can undervolt my CPU when my GPU is not running. But if my Nvidia GPU is on I can't undervolt my CPU.

Update: Installed an update from Windows update and now I can undervolt, laptop is still locked to 25watts, but with undervolting its so much easier to keep it under 25watts.
