Can't undervolt my CPU

Hello, I've been trying to undervolt my CPU (an A8-6500), but it looks like I can't do it. There's a "monitor" tab in my BIOS, which I can SEE the voltage, fan speeds, etc, but I can't change them. all I can do is to set them to either "monitor" or "ignore". I've read that you have to use the + and - signs, with or without holding shift, but that only changes the voltage to ignore/monitor.

I've tried disabling the AMD PowerNow function and the C6 mode, but it still didn't work.

My BIOS are up to date.

Well, every processor needs some specific voltage to work at specific frequency. Higher the frequency, higher the voltage has to be. So to undervolt it, you have to lower it's highest frequency. With AMD chips it's mostly done by lowering it's multiplier a notch.

The problem is that I don't have any options to lower the frequency either. I can't change anything about my core, except the PowerNow function, C6 mode and some other things, like NX Mode, SVM mode, CPB mode, APM Master enable, IOMMU, which are all disabled.
