can't uninstall bitTorrent

I was having problems with this program (bitTorrent) and i decided to try and uninstall it so i did but it just stayed on my computer even after reboot i can still use it but it doesn't apear on the uninstall list. so i opened file location and it took me to appdata and i decided to just delete the whole bitTorrent folder (even though that's not actually uninstalling it) but i couldn't delete it i get a window reading "you need permission to do that" but im an admin and an owner of the folder. i did some research and i found something about changing your permissions in properties and sure enough my admin and user don't have permission to delete or copy or move anything in appdata but when i try to change it to give me permission i get an error saying access denied. so in all i would like to know how can i get bitTorrent off my computer please help

Reboot into safe mode. Delete the folder from there.

Open msconfig, click the startup tab
Disable bittorrent
Apply and reboot into windows normally
