Question Cant uninstall corel draw x6.

This window pops up saying "to help protect your security your web browser has restricted this file from showing active content" when I try to uninstall Corel draw x6 and when I click on the banner and click allow access, still nothing happens.

I dont think it is a Corel Draw Problem, I think there is something wrong on windows side.
