Cant uninstall MSI After Burner

I need to get rid of MSI afterburner. I don't feel the need to have it since I dont overclock it. But when I try to I get this error.

I am wondering if its a setting I have to disable, Iv reset it about 1000 times.

Try uninstalling from safe mode.
