Can't uninstall Paragon HFS explorer

I've tried uninstalling through Windows and Ccleaner and it looks like it's uninstalled but when I open the uninstall utility (both Windows and Ccleaner) up again Paragon HFS Explorer is back on the list. There are no folders or files for it anywhere in my program files but it magically appears under installed programs.

This is a problem since when I try to install the new version it says it's already installed. So the old version is not there or working and I can't can't install a new version either since Windows thinks the old version is there still for some reason. Any ideas? Thanks.

Suggest you try Revo Uninstaller (Free) for a more thorough job, and reboot after uninstall. Has solved similar problems with other programmes for me.

Make sure there're no hidden files. Enable "Show hidden files, folders, and drives". Here's a link showing you how to enable this feature: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7

The steps outlined in the link provided works for Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.

Thanks, yeah I always keep show hidden files on. That uninstaller worked though, hurrah.
