can't uninstall utorrent

i am unable to uninstall utorrent from my windows 10. every time i try i get a popup that says i don't have suffiecent access and to contact my system administator, which is me. PLEASE HELP

Are you using the administrator account?

I would add that you are best backing up your registry using something like ERUNT before doing this and if you are not confident with the registry then it may be best to avoid it as it can have devastating effects if you get it wrong.
