can't unsubscribe from this site

Every time I try to unsubscribe from this site, I get the following error:

This page isn’t working

www.tomshardware.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Clearing cookies and cache don't do anything.

In other words, I have the exact same issue as the person in this thread:

what internet browser do you use?

you could try right clicking the unsubscribe link and choose load in new page .... and quickly close the main page youre logged into before the new tab loads ... wont work with chrome because of the way chrome works.

worth a go.

try using tomshardware.com instead of tomshardware.co.uk same site different server

i use chrome. i downloaded firefox just to see if it worked but that doesn't work either. tomshardware.com doesn't work either
