Question Can't Update 2024-03 KB5035853 & cannot run in-place upgrade for windows 11

I have been unable to run this update.
I came across this thread & was wondering if it is still relevant to my issue or if anyone has a different solution.

My update goes up to 50% before staying & failing there each time.
After that it give me Error Code: 0x800f0831

That thread is regarding an entirely different Windows update and shouldn't have any relevance to your KB5035853 problems.
