Can't update bios for ASRock X399 Taichi past P2.00

I put the corresponding updates for versions 3.20 and 3.30 of the X399 Taichi board onto a USB stick, but the instant flash tool isn't recognizing it for some reason. Here's corresponding images of what I am talking about.

Is there some way to make this motherboard recognize the BIOS updates?

If the current BIOS version is older than P2.30, please update BIOS to P2.30(Bridge BIOS) before updating other versions.

Thanks for the tip. After getting P2.30 installed, I was able to update the BIOS to the current version.
