Can't update fallout 4

I'm at my mum and dad's house for Christmas. Going to play fallout 4 on my brother's rig while im here. However I cannot download beta updates. I right click on the game in my library but cannot find "settings". There is properties - i click on that but i see no option to download beta updates.

Any suggestions?

The Beta tab is only available on a game by game basis. It's currently not available so there's no Beta tab. James Mason, for Fallout IV, they have released at least one patch early as beta, before pushing it live about a week later.

That beta update is no longer in beta. Steam probably downloaded it already automatically.
