Can't update/reinstall windows 8.1

hello, I can't update/reinstall or upgrade to windows 10!!!
when I try to update it gives the code 8007003F1
I can't reinstall windows 8.1 cause I don't have the installation disc cause it was already installt.
When I upgrade to windows 10 I get code 8007003F1.
my hardware:
cpu: fx 8320
gpu: gtx 980Ti
ram: 8 gb
hdd: 1 tb
Pls help me!

Was this a prebuilt machine, or did you buy it used, with OS already installed?

If a prebuilt, there is almost certainly a factory recovery partition. This contains the whole initial load, exactly as it comes from the factory. This also gives you the option to create your own DVD set.
You should do this, if that still exists.

If this was a 'used' machine, the original owner should have given you the Windows DVD and license key.

It is an prebuilt machine I bought it from an company with the OS already installled!
when i want to reinstall windows it says insert the recovery disc but I don't have it

Does the original factory reset partition still exist?
Look in your user manual for how to invoke that.
