can't update Team Arena to 1.32

I've installed Team arena over an arena installation alread updated to
1.32. But when I run the game it say version 1.32 both in TA and arena.

I then installed the 1.32 pointrelease again, with no errors. But i
still says version 1.32. What am I doing wrong? Should I bother trying
to install it all again? I have some mods and stuff, so it's a bit of
work...

And the mousewheel doesn't work, even if the settings are correct and it
worked before i installed TA. not tried playing arena yet.

You want v 1.32 don't you? Your subject says you can't update to 1.32, but
you say in your post it is updated to 1.32. What up?

Now i've uninstalled everything, then installed in this order:

1. Q3A
2. TA
3. pointrelease 1.32

BUt it still says version 1.30 in bot q3a and TA. WHat gives? I have the
Quake III Gold box (Q3A+TA), which is already version 1.30.
I have winxp sp1 (us). I didn't reboot before installing the patch.
Should this really matter?

I had installed Q3 and TA in a non-standard directory, but the patch in
c:\program files\quake III arena\.
