Cant update the GPU bios - asus dual gtx 1060 6gb

Hi. I have this card and it spins its fans the whole time at 28%, even when temperature is 33 degrees C.

The one month old bios says it adds the 0db function. I have the SAME model just GTX 1070 and i managed to install its version and now the fans are 0% till the card hits 50 degrees Celsius.

However, when i try the same with 1060 6gb (on the link) the vbios update just says "your graphic card no need to update vbios". But the update is indeed needed because i dont have the 0db option :|

I even registered the product on asus and downloaded the vbios installer by serial number so i am using deffinitely the right version of the installer.

You could just download MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision X16 and create a custom fan curve that doesn't kick on until the temp reaches a certain temp which will probably be easier then trying to update the vBIOS.

Sadly, that isnt the option. I tried that already but it doesnt go under 28% of speed. Even the slider is just 28-100.
