When I try to upload an attachment to Gmaii, nothing happens. I can select the attachment but it stalls on upload.
This happens in both Chrome, Edge and Firefox with multiple Gmail accounts.
It's not an issue with my account because this works fine on my Mac. I tried uploading attachments to my Outlook and Yahoo email accounts and that worked. I've tried with all extensions disabled as well as in Incognito mode. I've logged out of Gmail on all of my devices. I've cleard my caches, run Windows Update and disabled Malwarebytes. I've reset Gmail to default settings. I've also reset my router.
This issue developed at some point within the last few weeks. My best guess is that it's a Windows issue.
Is there an error log where I can see what is happening with Chrome at the moment I try to attach a file?
Other than doing a clean installation of Windows on a test partition, I'm out of ideas.
Has anyone else run into this before?
Thanks in advance for your help.

UPDATE: The problem doesn't exist when connecting via WiFi. It's only with Ethernet. Based upon a post I found in a Google forum, this appears to be a Verizon Fios issue.
