[SOLVED] Can't USB Tether WiFi connection to PC from android

When I connect my USB cable from my android phone to my PC (with a type c cable), I go to my phone's settings and click on USB Tethering. The slider doesn't go to the right side (on), but I hear the soumd that windows makes when a USB is disconnected. Help.

Could be your plan does not allow tethering and the option is disabled. Did you check with your service provider?
