[SOLVED] cant use anything usb on PC all of a sudden

I just finished building my new pc and the first time it turned on i installed windows and got to the desktop and was trying to install the drivers for my usb wi-fi adapter with a usb cd drive and it wouldnt show up anywhere. Then i restarted my pc and now neither my mouse or keyboard work and i cant log in or anything.

yes keyboard works in bios

sound like the driver get mess up.
did you get the latest window 10 iso from MS website?

Since it a new install. download all the latest driver from manufacturer website to a usb drive first.
Then reinstall windows
